How long does shipping take?
UK standard shipping takes 7-15 business days, express shipping takes 5-10 business days. International shipping varies by destination (10-25 business days). Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard shipping costs £4.99.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Tracking updates are provided in real-time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes for most products. However, some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes, so we recommend providing a physical address when possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Contact us to initiate a return and receive return instructions.
How do I return an item?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Package the item securely and ship it back with tracking.
Who pays for return shipping?
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures faster processing.
What items cannot be returned?
Personalized items, hygiene products (if seal is broken), perishable goods, digital downloads, and items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. See our full return policy for details.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage/defect. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs). You won't be charged for return shipping.
